As a child I loved to ride on the rollercoaster; the exhilaration of dropping down and then climbing up was amazing. I loved the feeling of the wind blowing through my hair, such excitement.

Now as an adult when we talk about the rollercoaster, it is usually the emotional rollercoaster, those ups and downs, it doesn’t seem as exciting as those moments in childhood.  As adults we have clouded our experiences with judgment and expectation, refusal and rejection and our own lack of confidence.

How can we minimize these emotional ups and downs?

Stay open

Don’t judge yourself or others

No attachments to the outcome of your actions

Eliminate “limiting beliefs” that you have about yourself

No negativity

Take care of yourself

Read uplifting books

Exercise

Meditation

And always Love Yourself
