All my life, I struggled with food; what to eat; when to eat; how much to eat. I was plagued with guilt, poor self-image, and feelings of failure, and was limited and punished by my eating for almost 40 years.
It was at my lowest point that I came across an unusual technique which changed my life and released me from the dieting cycle forever.
As I began to explore this technique, I learned how to reduce and relieve my food cravings and urges and the negative emotions surrounding this behaviour, all within minutes. The technique was simple to learn, easy to apply, and most importantly for me, it worked and the results have been permanent!
