What has been evident to me is when we get busy, we just seem to stop taking care of ourselves in those ways that would enrich our lives.

Pamper yourself, start with the gift of kindness and understanding for where you are right now. Give yourself the gift of forgiveness. 

Lavish yourself with praise, because you are worth it. There is nothing better to propel your life to new heights then self-love.

Self-love means caring for the body, mind and soul with actions that are in alignment with your greatest desire and your deepest self.
