HAPPINESS, WE ARE ALL LOOKING FOR IT
So much of the time it eludes us, slips through our fingers, so hard to hold onto, but maybe it’s not. What I have learned over the years is that happiness is an acquired skill. Happiness is really a subjective decision: you are in control. The opposite is: think something is bad and you give it the power to be so. How difficult would it be to celebrate the good while it’s happening, right now in the moment?
Happiness is not about everything going your way or getting everything, you want.
Happiness is what happens when you decide to be happy.
Nothing from the outside makes a difference; everything from the inside is what matters.
Gratitude is essential to happiness.
Developing a sense of gratitude takes us gracefully along the road to happiness.
We will arrive safely.
There is something to be happy about.
What I know about happiness is this: if you are waiting out there for the world to deliver it to your doorstep, you’ll wait a lifetime. If you want to get it, it is yours for the taking when you decide to be happy.
In total support,
Karen
